Top Senior Benefits ("TSB," "we," "us") is a membership program operated by Ad Blaze Media LLC, Boca Raton, Florida. By purchasing a membership, using this website, our member portal, or our mobile application (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms.
Membership costs $1.00 today, which includes your first 30 days. After 30 days, your membership automatically renews at $9.99 per month, charged to your payment method on file, until cancelled. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee by any of these methods: replying STOP to any text message from us, emailing [email protected], or calling (866) 329-5407. Cancellation stops future renewals; charges already processed are non-refundable except where required by law. Your benefits remain available through the end of your current billing period.
The TSB prescription savings card is NOT insurance and is not a Medicare prescription drug plan. It is a prescription discount program. Discounts vary by prescription, pharmacy, and location and may reach up to 80% off the pharmacy's cash price. You are responsible for paying the discounted price at the time of service. The card is free to use, requires no enrollment, and never expires. The range of prescription discounts will vary depending on the prescription and the pharmacy chosen.
Insurance products referenced in the Services (including final expense life insurance, Medicare plans, dental, vision, and auto insurance) are offered and sold only through licensed insurance agents and licensed insurance agencies, including ABE Life & Health. TSB membership itself is not an insurance product, and membership is not required to purchase insurance. Product availability, rates, and eligibility vary by state and by carrier. We are not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program.
By providing your phone number and submitting a form, you consent to receive calls and text messages (including via automated technology) from Top Senior Benefits and its licensed agent partners regarding your membership and your requests. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
Products in the member shop are sold subject to the prices, shipping terms, and return policies shown at checkout. Product images are illustrative.
You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose. Membership is for personal, non-commercial use by individuals located in the United States.
The Services are provided "as is." We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice; information in the Services is for general education. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ad Blaze Media LLC's total liability arising out of the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; material changes will be communicated by email or in the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
